Our office is located in the Latham Square Building at 1611 Telegraph Avenue, on the 11th floor, in suite 1100, in Oakland, California. We share office space with the Law Office of William DuBois, Krech & Cole, the Law Office of Spencer W. Strellis, and the Law Office of Randall Conner, but are unaffiliated with those firms.

DRIVING:

Expect long delays during commute times (6:30-9:00 AM, 3:30-7:00 PM).
Do not drive unless you are familiar with Bay Area freeways. Instead, drive to an outlying BART station and take a train.
Parking is available near the office at 17th Street and San Pablo Avenue.

BART:

Take the train to the Oakland 19th Street Station.
Leave the station and go to 17th Street.
Walk west on 17th Street for one block to Telegraph Ave.
Turn south (left) on Telegraph Ave and walk half a block to 1611 Telegraph Ave.

Take AC Transit bus number 12, 15, 40, 40L, 43, 51, 59, 72, 72M, or 72R toward downtown Oakland.
Get off the bus at a stop near 16th Street and Telegraph Ave or Broadway (different buses stop at different spots).
Our office is at 1611 Telegraph Ave, Suite 1100. Telegraph is one block west of Broadway (Telegraph splits off from Broadway north of 16th Street).

Scott Mossman's practice is limited to federal immigration law, with an emphasis on removal (deportation) defense, appeals, and federal court litigation. In removal cases, he only represents persons within the Ninth Circuit (Alaska, Arizona, California, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, the Mariana Islands, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington) and usually only if the hearing will occur, or has occurred, in the San Francisco Immigration Court. That Court has jurisdiction over San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Sacramento, and the rest of Northern California from Redding to Bakersfield. Scott Mossman represents persons on appeal to the BIA and Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) in USCIS petition and waiver cases arising throughout the world.
